Anxiety, Overthinking & Burnout Counselling in Suffolk and Online

BACP Accredited Counsellor | Leiston, Suffolk | Online Across the UK and Europe.

Do you often find yourself overthinking conversations long after they have ended?

Maybe you worry you have upset someone, said the wrong thing, or that people are quietly pulling away from you. You might find yourself needing reassurance that everything is okay, or feeling deeply affected by other people's moods, tone of voice, or reactions.

When relationships feel uncertain, your mind can go into overdrive.

You replay messages before sending them. You analyse facial expressions. You feel responsible for keeping everyone happy, while putting enormous pressure on yourself not to get anything wrong. Even the smallest situations can become exhausting when your mind rarely switches off.

If you also live with anxiety, everything can feel more intense. You might swing between trying incredibly hard to stay organised, calm and “together”, and feeling completely burnt out by the effort of holding it all together.

I'm Karolina Jurewicz, a BACP Registered and Accredited Counsellor based in Leiston, Suffolk. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout and relationship difficulties. I also work with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD or autism, and people who are exploring whether they may be neurodivergent later in life.

Many of the people I support appear capable and high-functioning on the outside. They are often the ones others rely on. Yet inside they are living with constant overthinking, masking, emotional exhaustion, self-criticism and the feeling that they never quite fit in or are somehow “too much” or “not enough”.

Therapy offers something different.

Together, we'll explore why these patterns developed, helping you understand yourself with compassion rather than criticism. Whether your experiences are rooted in anxiety, attachment, life experiences or neurodivergence, our work is about making sense of your story... not trying to change who you are.

Imagine if your mind felt quieter…

  • You no longer replay every conversation before falling asleep.

  • You trust yourself without constantly seeking reassurance.

  • Saying “no” doesn't fill you with guilt.

  • Other people's moods no longer determine your worth.

  • You feel grounded, emotionally resilient, and more like yourself.

  •

This kind of change is possible.

Begin with a £30 Discovery Session

Starting counselling can feel like a big step, so I offer a 60-minute discovery session for £30 (usual fee £65). It's a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to meet, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, and see whether working together feels right for you.

You don't have to keep carrying this on your own.
